The Inn at the northwest end of the property offers classic rooms steps from the Playa Santana beach breaks and The Clubhouse, while modern beach condos and residences add more space and convenience just across the bridge with their own lagoon pool. Across the ranch, a range of oceanview hilltop or beachfront villas overlook clean surf, each with generous layouts, full kitchens, privacy, and their own character. On the north end, Playa Santana is a playful, wedgy beach break that can deliver fun easy barrels. On the south end, Panga Drops offers consistency with size potential, while walking down the beach brings you to Colorados, one of the best beach breaks in the world. Inside the property, Rosada’s semi-private left reels across the shelf, and +8 breaks lie within a short 4x4 or boat ride, including famous Popoyo. The surf team onsite delivers proper services at fair rates to make the most of Nica’s offerings.
